Ciera (she/her/hers) graduated from the University of Mary Washington with her bachelor’s in psychology as well as Virginia Commonwealth University with a master’s degree in clinical social work. Ciera holds an active state license to practice clinical social work in the state of Virginia.
Ciera has experience providing therapeutic services to clients in both individual and group settings, and has worked at both hospital and outpatient therapy locales. Ciera is particularly passionate about utilizing CBT and solution-focused therapy to help serve adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety and/or depression. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the community with friends, cuddling with her two rescue dogs, or reading a good book at home.
