Alicia is an applied developmental psychologist with experience in the development of prevention and intervention programs with underserved families. She has worked in various capacities, including as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate efforts in order to provide permanent homes for children in orphanages and foster care. She earned her masters degree in applied developmental psychology from George Mason University, and her doctorate in developmental psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Alicia is not part of the clinical team, and instead manages the tasks associated with business and practice administration. Her knowledge, skills and abilities as they relate to program development are integral to the overall health of the practice, and she’s a great contact as a liaison for clients and other community healthcare professionals.
