Meredith (she/her/hers) earned her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counseling from The College of William & Mary after completing her undergraduate studies in psychology and sociology at Christopher Newport University. She is currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Lori Graham, LPC, at PCFS.

Meredith has experience working with a range of clients across the lifespan on various topic areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life changes and stressors, and traumatic experiences. She believes the client is an expert in their world. Her recognition that people do not exist in a vacuum but are shaped by their perceptions and experiences with the world around them provides a foundation for her work with clients. She aims to hold space for clients and the stories they bring with them during their time together while exploring and modifying techniques to aid the client inside and outside of sessions.
