Mary (She/Her) holds a Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Music in flute performance from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Music from Campbellsville University. Mary provides therapeutic services to clients as a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work. She is currently working towards licensure under the supervision of Joseph Farrell, LCSW.

Mary has over 10 years of combined experience serving as a United States Army Veteran and providing services to the Veteran population. She has provided care for children and adults who experienced emotional distress resulting from sexual trauma, grief, challenging family circumstances, military stressors, and domestic violence. Mary incorporates mindfulness and expressive arts techniques in order to create a caring, non-judgemental space for clients to process such challenges. Additional evidence-based approaches used by Mary include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a Person-Centered Therapy.

In addition to music and arts, Mary enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, occasionally crafting, and spending time with her family and pets.
