Eleanor

Eleanor is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Lewis and Clark College, studying abroad in Chile to attain Spanish fluency. Eleanor earned her Master of Science in the Couples and Family Therapy program from the University of Oregon.

Eleanor has since worked in public schools and community mental health clinics with both English and Spanish speaking clients. She has a passion for working with teenagers and is fully trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for trauma, depression, and anxiety. Eleanor prides herself on making authentic connections with clients and helping guide them towards their mental health goals. Eleanor is a new addition to both the PCFS team as well as the Hampton Roads area, and she is excited for the opportunity to build relationships with new clients and the community.
